Members of the Highlands Garden Society, Bowral meet on the evening of the third Friday of each month (February to November) at the Bowral Uniting Church Hall. The Hall is located on the corner of Bendooley and Boolwey Streets, Bowral and has off street parking.

Each Members Meeting features:

    • A Guest Speaker, often from beyond the Society, who present interesting information and insights on a broad range of topics. Recent Guest Speakers and topics include: Rebecca Koraytem and the popularity of David Austin Roses; Curly Charlwood and the importance of using quality mulching and Kristine McKay on restoring an historic garden.
    • Exhibits of flowers and vegetables grown by members. Prizes are awarded to winners in categories such as a single cut of any flower, a bunch of seasonal flowers and a potted plant
    • Exhibits of Floral Arrangements created by members with a prize awarded to the best Arrangement
    • A Question-and-Answer session that enables members to ask gardening related questions of the group and benefit from the experience and expertise of other members
    • An opportunity to chat with other members while enjoying a supper
